We built z10r because we saw a gap: most platforms treated India as an afterthought, bolting on UPI and PhonePe support without rethinking the account or lobby experience. Availability depends on local law. z10r is accessible where local law permits. When you create an account, the platform checks your region and lets you know whether full access, partial access or no access applies in your area.

The primary deposit and withdrawal rails for India are UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. Google Pay via UPI also works at the deposit stage. We do not support payment methods outside these local rails for India-region accounts.

After the one-time KYC step is cleared, withdrawals to Paytm typically process within two to four hours. The first withdrawal from a new account may take slightly longer while the payment processor completes the initial account linking verification.
