Go to the wallet section of your account, select UPI, enter the amount, and a UPI payment request is sent to your linked app. Confirm it in your UPI app and the funds appear in your z10r wallet — typically in under a minute once your bank confirms.

Yes. Select PhonePe as your withdrawal destination in the wallet section, enter your registered PhonePe number or UPI handle, and submit. A standard bank verification step applies; most withdrawals reach your PhonePe wallet within a few hours of that clearance.

Verification typically completes within a few hours after you submit the required documents. You will receive a notification once done. If additional checks are needed, our team contacts you directly via the email on your account.

Access depends on applicable local law in your state or region. We do not restrict based on preference — if local law permits you to participate, the platform is open to you. Check the terms applicable to your region for specific details.

Live Roulette appears in the Live Tables row near the top of the lobby. Crash X is in the Instant Games row below it. Both rows are visible without scrolling on most phone screens. You can also use the search bar to go straight to either title.

If a UPI request times out, no funds are deducted and the transaction is cancelled automatically. You can initiate a new payment immediately. If your bank shows a pending charge that does not reverse within a few hours, contact our support team with the transaction reference.

Open the security section in your account dashboard, find the active sessions list, and select 'end session' next to any device you want to remove. The session is terminated immediately. If you do not recognise a listed session, change your password and contact support.
