Data Storage and Retention

Account records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a defined period afterwards as required by applicable law. Once that retention window closes, personal records are deleted from our primary and backup systems in a structured cycle.

Payment Data Handling

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transaction references are processed through encrypted channels and retained only until the transaction is verified and reconciled. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers; those remain with the payment provider.

Every z10r account is protected by password hashing, two-factor authentication via SMS or authenticator app, and automated alerts for login attempts from unrecognised devices. You can review active sessions and revoke any of them from your account security settings.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with third parties only where necessary — for example, passing a UPI reference to a payment processor to complete a deposit, or providing account verification details to a KYC provider. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

You have the right to access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate fields, or request full erasure. Submit your request through the in-account Help Centre form or email our privacy team directly; we confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the action within five working days.

We hold your name, registered email, contact number, device and session logs, and payment-method references such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. You can request a full export of your data at any time from the Help Centre.
